- Lead IT operations supporting approximately 110 users and 120 Microsoft 365 accounts.
- Administer 12 Windows Servers and 10 Hyper-V virtual machines in a business-critical aerospace and manufacturing environment.
- Previously administered approximately 21 Windows Servers across MSP customer environments ranging from approximately 20 to 600 users.
- Led or played a key technical role in migrating the Limpopo Department of Health and Social Development to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Recovered an entire department from enterprise backups after a major infrastructure failure.
- Managed IT support for approximately 450 users across 39 sites.
